Since WinPilot AI is a digital software product, we offer a 7-day refund policy under the following conditions:
- ✓ The core functions of WinPilot AI (voice commands, AI chat, system controls) fail to work on your Windows system.
- ✓ You have contacted our support team and the issue was not resolved within 48 hours.

Both conditions must be met to qualify for a refund. Individual third-party applications not opening due to system-specific configurations do not qualify — please see Section 04 (App Compatibility) for details. Reach out to support before submitting any refund request.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The license has been active for more than 7 days.
- You simply "changed your mind" after using the software features.
- Your hardware does not meet the minimum system requirements specified in the documentation.
- A specific third-party application does not open due to your system configuration, install path, or permissions — as described in Section 04.
- Minor bugs, UI glitches, or behavioural differences that do not prevent core WinPilot AI functionality from working.

Please verify your system meets the minimum requirements before purchasing. WinPilot AI works on 90% of standard Windows setups. Compatibility differences due to non-standard configurations are not covered under this refund policy.

App Compatibility & Software Notice
WinPilot AI is designed to work seamlessly on Windows systems. However, please read the following before purchasing:

Recently Released Software — WinPilot AI is a newly developed application. While we have rigorously tested it, minor bugs or unexpected behaviour may occasionally occur. Any issues found will be identified and corrected in upcoming updates. The app is fully safe to use.
WinPilot AI can open, control, and interact with applications installed on your system. Compatibility details:
- ✓ Works on Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit) in the vast majority of cases.
- ✓ Approximately 90% of applications install and open correctly across all standard Windows setups.
- ✓ Supports applications installed via Microsoft Store, direct installers, and portable setups.
ℹ️
A small number of applications may not respond as expected depending on system configuration, Windows permissions, or how the application was originally installed (e.g. non-standard install paths, portable apps, or apps downloaded from unofficial sources). This is not a defect in WinPilot AI — it reflects differences across individual system setups. These edge cases do not qualify as grounds for a refund unless core WinPilot AI functionality itself is affected.

WinPilot AI is a fully digital product. No physical shipping is involved.
Your license key and download link will be delivered instantly to your registered email address upon successful payment. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.
